At Cathouse spares, we have a strict no-return policy for all orders. 

Exceptions to the no-return policy apply when:

• The product is damaged or has a fault on arrival, and the buyer can provide valid proof.
• An item the buyer receives is different from the advertised description and can provide valid proof to support their claim
